Yes, there's a haunted house inside the Mall of America. Twin Cities Fear Fest runs through Nov 1 in Bloomington, with a Jason Universe walk-through, a GellyBall zombie shooting range and pop-up bars. FYI: parking in the East Ramp is free. For the outdoor, cornfield kind of scary, most of it is out in the suburbs.

The Haunting Experience in Cottage Grove has a haunted hayride, a haunted house and Massacre, a cornfield where the actors are allowed to touch you. They recommend 12+ for general admission and 13+ for VIP, and they want you there 30 minutes before your entry time. ScreamTown: Minnesota's Terrifying Screampark in Chaska is the other big one, with 13 attractions and a heated Halloween Market you can browse without an attraction ticket. Got a mixed group? Nowhere Haunted House in Inver Grove Heights runs four levels, from no-scare all the way up to an 18+ version where the actors get physical.
